I'm a Yankee fan, traveler, and avid photo taker who loves amusement parks and is always up for a game night! I enjoy using my creativity to design and develop products or solutions that meaningfully connect with people and make their lives easier. I have my Master's degree in Information Science from Cornell University and have worked at NBCUniversal for 5+ years in various roles across the organization.
What I Do
I am currently a Sr. Director of Product Management for NBCU's Advertising Sales Division. My team is responsible for leading our ad optimization and media planning products, along with driving our cross-platform, multi-currency initiative. From engaging with business users and detailing requirements, to collaborating with engineering and defining strategy, I work to deliver best-in-class product offerings.
How I Work
Over the course of my career I've had to learn quickly, be flexible and adaptable, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels to both understand their needs and influence their decisions. My problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and analytical mindset allow me to take a seed of an idea through to launch while prioritizing and managing roadmaps to drive projects to completion.
Lead product strategy and development for NBCU's advanced targeting, cross-platform, and ad optimization products along with alternate ad currency initiatives
Manage product roadmaps and effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders by prioritizing key features and establishing timelines with partner Engineering teams
Oversee partnerships and integrations with 2 new ad currency vendors, including evaluation of capabilities and analysis of business value
Engage with users across Sales, Planning, Inventory, Measurement & Insights, and Account Services to understand business challenges and define requirements
Organize commercialization process both internally and externally to ensure product launches are effective and enhancements embedded in GTM collateral
Streamlined planning and inventory reporting processes for NBCU’s Hispanic networks.
Served as the first line of contact with internal and external partners to ensure maintenance of advertisers‘ commercial and marketing schedules while resolving any unexpected issues.
